A leading UK professional services business is looking to recruit a high calibre Change Manager to be based in either London or Manchester. Outstanding career progression on offer.
The Change Manager will become an integral part of the recently conceived Central Projects & Change team within the organisation and will be primarily responsible for the coordinated roll out of strategic projects on a global basis. The focus in this instance is on the people side of change across business processes, systems, technologies, efficiency and job roles. The objective is to implement change management strategies designed to maximise employee adoption whilst minimising resistance and working with senior leaders to increase utilisation thereby increasing benefit realisation, value creation and ROI.
Change Manager Responsibilities:

Apply structured methodologies and lead change management activities

Enhance communication efforts across the business

Working with key stakeholders to identify change readiness across key functions
-
Support the design and delivery of training programmes
-
Identify and manage anticipated areas of resistance to change
-
Create deliverables for key change management controls such as communications plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, resistance management plans

Integrate change management activities into project plans
-
Coach managers and team leaders whilst tracking and reporting issues
Candidate Requirements:

Professionally recognised Project Management qualifications - PRINCE2, CCMP, Six Sigma

Excellent academic record of achievement

Proven experience in a comparable change management role within a complex, matrix environment

Demonstrable ability in leading people through a change management process

Familiar with large scale, organisational change programmes

Exceptional communication skills both written and oral

Ability to influence stakeholders whilst creating sustainable, long term relationships

Emotionally intelligent and able to work in ambiguous situations

Resilient and determined to succeed

Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation
