What you’ll be doing:
As Transformation Manager, you’ll support the finance function and the wider business by leading the deployment stage of a crucial commercial transformation. Operating as a trusted business partner, the Transformation Manager will devise training materials to lead pricing and profitability change initiatives with the business in keeping with the professional services business model.
Do you have the drive to support senior stakeholders and enable them to use various tools to deliver optimum commercial value?
What we need you to bring to the business:
- Qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- An in-depth understanding of the professional services sector - time and materials, fixed fee billing and associated metrics, utilisation, leverage, realisation, project profitability and working capital.
- Extensive pricing experience
- Good knowledge of technology - Excel, Power BI and MS Dynamics or a similar ERP system
- A ‘hands on’ attitude with the ability to lead a mix of transformational elements with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communicator
