Data Project Manager - Leading Real Estate Business
6+ Months Contract (Remote/hybrid working, Inside IR35)
We’re recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s leading Real Estate & Property Services organisations. They specialise in helping their clients discover opportunities whilst delivering sustainable real estate solutions for long term outperformance and value.
What you’ll be doing:
As Data Project Manager you’ll report directly to the CFO and provide guidance and project management across a centralised Data Hub, whilst improving processes and reporting requirements.
Do you possess extensive experience of data governance, BI and data warehousing? Are you comfortable both working independently and part of a project team in constructively challenging senior management regarding change and data quality?
What we need you to bring to the business:

5 years minimum project management experience of data related projects covering:
-
Data Governance – data product life cycle / data quality / data cleansing / definitions / dictionary

Business Intelligence (Tableau ideally or Power BI)

Data Warehousing (SQL database)

Build project plans and components parts (design/build/test/train/comms/change/go-live, post go live support)

Previous experience in setting up an operating model to support a hub and a bespoke model for BI and data.

Previous experience of understanding an organisation's requirements and making process efficiencies to capture reporting requirements.

Ability to enhance and ensure policy compliance

Excellent problem solver with the intellectual curiosity to independently work through issues and deliver solutions

Appreciate ambiguity and constantly changing priorities

Preferably coming from a business /data background as opposed to more technical/IT.
