Data Transformation Lead - Leading Real Estate Business
We’re recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s leading Real Estate & Property Services organisations. They specialise in helping their clients discover opportunities whilst delivering sustainable real estate solutions for long term outperformance and value.
What you’ll be doing:
As Data Transformation Lead, you’ll report directly to the CFO and provide guidance and project management across a centralised Data Hub, whilst improving processes and reporting requirements.
Are you a business-centric, data oriented and analytically minded individual, who can influence the culture and behaviour of an organisation to become more data-driven?
Do you possess extensive experience of data governance, BI and data warehousing?
Are you comfortable both working independently and part of a project team in constructively challenging senior management regarding change and data quality?

What we need you to bring to the business:
- Background in data analytics and a range of other roles surrounding the data sphere within Finance and Operations
- Outwardly mobile with a keen interest in business partnering and building relationships across wider, multi-faceted teams
- Solid experience in medium to large businesses within a data function or significant interim work focused on data governance and/or data quality projects
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in multiple industries establishing data governance, quality and policies within a project environment for medium to large companies.
- Understand change management and communication methodologies to drive the data project and improve data literacy
- Show an understanding for data quality and governance principles, processes and policies.
- Proven experience of working on your own with business functions to deliver data projects, including establishing work streams and deliverables
- Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure buy-in from functions with the ability to influence the delivery of the project objectives
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand critical issues and bring appropriate resolution and escalation of complex issues
- Subject matter expertise on end to end data lifecycle management including design, analysis and overall processes and governing data
- Able to see the “big picture” in terms of data throughout its lifecycle and be able to shape solutions
