A leading, multinational business based in Central London is looking to appoint an ambitious FP&A Analyst. Competitive salary and benefits.
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the FP&A Analyst will be responsible for contributing to overall finance transformation whilst driving business performance via the provision of astute management information.
FP&A Analyst Responsibilities:

Develop collaborative and robust working relationships with stakeholders across the business

Liaise with global offices in order to understand their financial reporting capabilities and work to harmonise processes

Support wider finance teams with the production of consolidated organisational results, budgets and forecasts

Undertake ad hoc project work when required around M&A and organic growth

Conduct deep dive technical analysis to resolve any systems issues

Improve documentation, training and access to financial information for operational teams
Candidate Requirements:

Part qualified or finalist level finance professionals (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)

Demonstrable commercial finance experience from either the insurance or professional services sectors

International experience advantageous

Able to build meaningful relationships and work collaboratively with cross functional teams

Strong communication skills both written and oral

Good working knowledge of financial systems and reporting tools
