FP&A Manager - Group Reporting - Multinational Business

What you’ll be doing:
As FP&A Manager, you’ll manage a close knit and efficient FP&A team, consisting of staff at varying levels, providing pertinent and timely analysis and financial reporting to the business and Group.
Are you a motivated, committed and quick learning individual who wants to progress rapidly within the team and company? Are you able to successfully manage an ambitious FP&A team? Are you ACA/ACCA qualified with a good core accounting background and commercial mindset?
Some Key Deliverables include:
- Financial monthly closing including review of accruals and prepayments
- Review all analytical allocations and posting entries
- Review monthly overhead expenditure and central function reports
- Meeting Budget holders to update them on spending/budgets
- Production of monthly overhead expenditure, analysis and central function reports
- Creating new models for analysis
- Monthly/quarterly detailed financial reports for the business lines and regions
What we need you to bring to the business:
- Educated to degree level
- A fully qualified finance professional (ACA or ACCA)
- Practice trained / Core Accounting background
- Previous experience within an FP&A / commercial finance environment
- Commercially astute with strong analytical skills - variation analysis etc
- Experience in operating within a complex, matrix organisation
- Ability to manipulate large files of data on Excel
- Excellent communication capabilities
- An influencer who can build sustainable relationships
- Proficient in the use of MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word
