An industry leading professional services organisation is looking to recruit a new FP&A Manager to be based in the City of London.12 Months FTC/Hybrid working.
The FP&A Manager will be primarily responsible for supporting the Global FP&A Director with the production of meaningful management information relating to business performance including new financial performance metrics, the provision of astute commercial analysis and strategic project work.
FP&A Manager Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with non finance business functions to understand their reporting requirements and establish/harmonise reporting processes to ensure calibration with the wider business and strategic requirements

Assuming the role of the primary point of contact for Group financial reporting

Assess data quality, understand gaps in the data and work with wider business stakeholders to make improvements

Providing commercial analysis and ensuring the integrity of Board and management packs

Support the Global FP&A Director with the production of consolidated, company wide results.

Chairing overhead and operational reviews
- Driving business improvement outcomes and process improvements
Candidate Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified finance professional
- Demonstrable experience of working in a commercial finance/business partnering role within either the insurance or professional services sectors
- In depth experience in analysing both financial and non financial information to create robust KPIs
- Ability to understand the impact of underlying data on reports via the production of meaningful summaries from large volumes of data
- Outstanding systems skills - Power BI, Excel + planning & reporting toolkits
- Capable of working collaboratively in teams and across functional boundaries to partner with business leaders and deliver change
- Best in class analytical skills, logical thinking and attention to detail
- Strong communicator both written and verbal with the ability to build sustainable relationships at all levels
