We’re looking for an ambitious Group Accountant who strives to improve everything they do and has the courage to challenge the status quo. This will be of the utmost importance as the Group evolves under a new leadership team whilst the business implements IFRS 17.
This is an exciting time to join the team and be part of shaping the future to ensure Group Finance is set up to help deliver the next phase of growth in the business.
The Group Accountant will deliver financial reporting requirements and form close working relationships with the wider Finance team including FDs and Controllers across the various business units.
What we need you to bring to the business:

Outstanding academic record of achievement

Qualified finance professional / Chartered Accountant (ACA or ACCA)

Experience in Group finance ideally from within the financial services industry

Ability to constructively challenge and analyse results

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non finance stakeholders

Intellectually curious - excited by growth and personal development
