HR Systems & Reporting Analyst - Leading Real Estate Business

We’re recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s leading Real Estate & Property Services organisations. They specialise in helping their clients discover opportunities whilst delivering sustainable real estate solutions for long term performance and value.
What you’ll be doing:
As HR Systems & Reporting Analyst you’ll responsible for the production and delivery of management information and reporting from all HR systems and the management (maintenance and development) of the HR database.
Are you excited by the prospect of working with multiple, senior stakeholders whilst improving levels of communication, data quality and implementing process improvements?
What we need you to bring to the business:
- Previous HR experience working within fast paced environments containing multiple systems and data touch points
- Expertise in cleansing data and creating dashboards for ExCo consumption including the provision of insightful commentary
- A passion for process improvement and advanced Excel skills
- The ability to proactively solve problems and provide innovative solutions - implementing new systems and making enhancements where required
- Experience of supporting strategic HR projects and a desire to provide accurate management information
- Appreciate ambiguity and constantly changing priorities
- Educated to degree level
