Management Accountant - High Growth Global Online Services Company
Hybrid role / Salary: Up to £50,000 + Excellent Benefits
An innovative and fast growing e-commerce business is seeking a motivated Management Accountant to support its continued expansion. With a strong global presence and consistent year-on-year growth, the company is developing its commercial finance capability to match its ambitions.
This role is ideal for a qualified or part qualified accountant who will play a key role in producing accurate and timely management information, supporting strategic decision making, and improving financial performance across the business. The successful candidate will also mentor and support junior team members to help build a strong foundation in finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of management accounts including journals, accruals, and reconciliation
- Balance sheet reconciliations and resolving historical items
- Business partnering and supporting senior management with financial insights
- Assisting with audits, tax returns, and financial reporting
- Monitoring cash flow, forecasts, and supporting cash management
- Mentoring junior finance staff and contributing to process improvements
Requirements:
- Qualified, part qualified or finalist in ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
- Proven experience in management accounting or financial analysis
- Strong Excel and ERP skills
- High attention to detail and ability to handle complex data
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
