Senior Finance Business Partner - Retail/FMCG - (Remote/hybrid working)
We’re recruiting for an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner on behalf of a highly entrepreneurial, PE-backed retail/FMCG business.
What you’ll be doing:
Reporting to the Divisional Managing Director, the Senior Finance Business Partner will be the primary link between finance and the wider business. Alongside two direct reports, you'll be responsible for providing an astute commercial finance service to key stakeholders across a varied business portfolio including the production of monthly management accounts.
Are you a strong finance business partner with a 'problem solving' mentality and experience in supporting operational teams?
What we need you to bring to the business:
- A fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
- Recent business partnering experience with the ability to work at all levels across the business
- Strong people management skills - previous line management and mentoring/coaching experience
- Strong Excel skills and experience with various accounting software
- Excellent communications skills (both verbal and written)
- Highly organised and able to work using your initiative
