UK Tax Manager - Professional Services
We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a globally renowned professional services organisation. Their core mission is to empower clients by providing access to a seamlessly integrated firm with a diverse array of services, all delivered by the best commercial experts.
What you’ll be doing:
As the UK Tax Manager, you’ll play a leading role in overseeing all UK tax strategy & compliance, enjoying a highly varied role encompassing all areas of tax.
You’ll take ownership for the management of UK tax activity including monitoring of compliance, regular tax reviews, keeping abreast of relevant tax changes, supporting timely and accurate submissions and payments. In addition, you’ll lead on key projects.
This is a hugely exciting role that requires strong technical acumen, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to navigate complex environments.
Do you have the ability and drive to enhance the tax function and support key stakeholders?
What we need you to bring to the business:
- Excellent academic record of achievement
- Qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA or CTA)
- Able to demonstrate proven tax experience in a role at a similar level within a multi currency, international environment
- Team leadership experience
- A highly motivated, enthusiastic self-starter who can “roll their sleeves up”
- Outstanding communicator both written and verbal
- Emotionally intelligent - with the ability to challenge and influence at all levels of the organisation
