The Role:

As a Finance Business Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing finance systems, driving efficiency, and delivering high quality change. Working closely with Finance, IT and business units, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology, ensuring systems are optimised to support financial planning, reporting and decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead improvements in finance business applications, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Maintain and enhance monthly finance system processes to support key operations
• Drive automation, process optimisation, and system performance improvements
• Translate business requirements into clear IT specifications
• Keep up to date with emerging finance technologies and best practices
• Support finance teams with system enhancements, ensuring efficiency and control
• Provide expert knowledge on finance systems for broader business projects

What You Need:

• Strong technical expertise in Oracle Cloud Solutions, particularly Fusion ERP and EPM (EPBCS, PCMCS, FCCS, TRCS, ARCS)
• Experience with Power BI and other data analysis tools to extract insights from large datasets
• Accounting or finance background, with experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
• Solid understanding of financial processes and accounting principles
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across Finance and IT
• A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
